Biography

Attorney Benjamin Hu held the position of Satellite Office Manager in Guangzhou from 2015 to 2018, where he provided direct counsel on EB-5 evidentiary documentation and offered support during consular interviews at the world's busiest EB-5 visa processing center. He is a licensed attorney in both Maryland and the District of Columbia, holding the distinguished title of an EB-5 Investor Verified attorney. Furthermore, he currently assumes the role of Co-Chair for the Bar Association of Montgomery County's Immigration Law Section for the term 2023-24 and is an esteemed member of the American Immigrant Investor Alliance (AIIA). Attorney Hu is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
