Mr Benjamin Joseph Glicksman

Ben has a broad array of civil and white collar criminal experience at the state and federal level.  He has been recognized in Super Lawyers™ as a “Rising Star” and by the Wisconsin Law Journal™ as one of Wisconsin’s Up and Coming Lawyers since being admitted to the Wisconsin bar in 2011 after graduating from Harvard Law School.  Ben understands that the key to reaching the best possible outcome starts with learning the details of the case.  He represents clients ranging from large construction companies litigating project fund disputes to targets of investigations by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Wisconsin Department of Justice.  Ben has represented executives in litigation over their severance packages and as co-lead counsel in a nationwide class action lawsuit against a major U.S. trucking company.  Beginning in 2021, Ben has shifted to an in-house counsel role in Wisconsin.
