Biography

Ben McClure fights and works hard for results. After many years spent serving his community in law enforcement, Ben decided to hang up his badge and become a lawyer. A true force of nature, he put himself through college at Kennesaw State University and law school at Emory University while simultaneously working and raising a family.

Following law school, Ben represented employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters, but as a man of action, he became frustrated with the delay tactics and complicated red tape maneuvers used by insurance companies to deny or prolong claims. It was then Ben decided to join the team at Morgan & Morgan to fight for results for injured workers.

Ben prides himself on his no-nonsense brand of lawyering, and he is always willing to do the hard work to most effectively advocate for his clients.

When he is not at the office or in the courtroom, Ben enjoys fishing and exploring the North Georgia mountains. He is also an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan. Ben lives in Marietta with his wife, their two children, and their rescue dog, Rico.
