Blane was an associate in this firm when first out of lawschool. He conspired with another associate and a young partner to take clients upon departure, contrary to ethical guidelines. When I and the other partners were unaware of his duplicity he pried for information and was dishonest in his dealings with the lawfirm, his employer. Read less
