During law school he worked as a Guardian Ad Litem in the 17th Judicial Circuit for Broward County, Florida, representing and counseling at-risk foster children through the Juvenile Dependency Court process. Brett also participated in Georgetown University's Street Law program, teaching high school students the fundamental principles of fairness, justice and responsibility that underlie our legal system.
