  • 5.0/5.0 Rated by a Partner on 10/06/11 in Medical Malpractice

This is at least the third time I have received this email. I responded the first time. Brian is a good lawyer and should be an A. Please remove my name from your list if it takes 3 or more of these for you to read..

  • 5.0/5.0 Rated by a Partner on 09/29/11 in Workers Compensation

good common sense on top of excellent skills, prompt at responding to inquiries

  • 5.0/5.0 Rated by a Principal on 09/21/11 in Workers Compensation

This is a corrected evaluation. My prior one stated the area of practice as workers compensation defense. That is my area of practice. Brian Weekley's area of practice is workers compensation. He does not do defense work.

  • 5.0/5.0 Rated by a Principal on 09/21/11 in Workers Compensation Defense

These ratings are limited to the area of Workers' Compensation. I have frequent contact with Brian Weekley as he usually represents claimants and I usually represent insurance carriers. I would place him at the highest echelon of the Claimant's bar.
