Mr. Brian C. Hunt

Attorney Brian Hunt earned his Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law. Mr. Hunt cut his teeth as an attorney working relentlessly on a three-week trial in Mooresville, NC, which is where he first met Mr. Dewey. Mr. Hunt & Mr. Dewey were able to settle the claim to the satisfaction of all parties involved. He then began to work as an associate with both Mr. Dewey & Ms. Ramsay, before joining Dewey, Ramsay & Hunt, P.A., as a named partner and being promoted to Associate at the Ramsay Law Firm, P.A.

Brian Hunt is a personal injury and wrongful death attorney whose practice is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Brian has been recognized as one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 in the state of North Carolina in the area of Civil Litigation by The National Trial Lawyers.

While Brian primarily practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, he also continues to represent clients injured in the workplace under the North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Act. Brian especially enjoys helping clients navigate the waters of joint personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Brian has represented clients who have been hurt or killed by truckers, drunk drivers, reckless drivers, and distracted drivers. All initial consultations with Brian are free, and he remains personally involved throughout his clients’ cases.

Brian received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Political Science and Peace, War and Defense; and his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law where he served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association.

Brian is married with two young girls. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing golf, working out and running.
