Biography

Brian is a North Carolina native from Winston-Salem. He loves the Old North State. He also loves being a transaction attorney here in Raleigh and helping clients with all of their real estate, business, and estate planning needs. He started the Spence Law Firm in March of 2004 and has spent every working day since helping his clients get their deals done and done well. In his spare time, you can find him spending time with his wife and kids traveling, relaxing, working on projects around the house, and cheering on the Tar Heels, Gators and Pirates.
