Mr. Brian S. Yost

Brian S. Yost is a Partner at Jebaily Law Firm, where he represents clients in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury matters. He joined the firm in August 2013 and became a partner in January 2020. A Marion, South Carolina native, Brian graduated from Marion High School, earned a History degree from Coastal Carolina University, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Before entering private practice, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas A. Russo of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, gaining valuable insight into how cases are evaluated and decided. Brian is dedicated to helping individuals and families manage the financial strain and personal stress that often follow workplace injuries and serious accidents. While his practice centers on Workers’ Compensation and personal injury claims, his background also includes experience with criminal defense and DUI-related matters. He is active in professional organizations, including the South Carolina Association for Justice (Board of Governors), Injured Workers Advocates of South Carolina, and other legal associations. Outside the office, Brian stays involved through Coastal Carolina University alumni efforts, Pi Kappa Alpha advising, and Leadership Florence.
