Biography

As a tenacious, wise, and responsive business litigator and trial attorney, Brian Johnson has 25+ years of experience successfully leading clients through the minefields of litigation in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. His relentless approach to representation has led to a track record of success.

Brian focuses his business counseling, conflict management, and dispute resolution practice in the arenas of complex commercial litigation, multi-state arbitration, banking and financial institutions, including credit restructuring, receiverships, and workouts, technology and trade secrets protection, business “divorces” and shareholder disputes, business torts, and general business litigation.

Brian has counseled and represented clients from some of the largest entities in the United States to individuals and sole proprietorships in managing conflicts, resolving business disputes, and litigating claims and defenses. He has successfully led clients through litigation in trial courts, appellate courts, administrative authorities, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including multi-state arbitration and mediation.
