Mr. C. Jeff Mulliner

Charles Jeffrey Mulliner is a Senior Trial Attorney who brings over three decades of heavy-hitting experience to the firm. He has handled the most serious cases imaginable, including four death penalty trials that went all the way to a jury verdict. Before joining our team, Jeff wore many hats, from running his own firm for 14 years to serving as the Director of the Civil Rights Division for the Bexar County DA’s Office. He has been the lead prosecutor in major felony courts and has handled over 150 jury trials throughout his career. This deep well of experience means he knows exactly how the other side thinks, especially in sensitive matters like officer-involved shootings or use-of-force cases. Jeff is a Baylor graduate and earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University. Whether he’s navigating a capital murder case or a complex felony, he brings a calm, seasoned perspective that only comes from 30 years in the trenches.
