Biography

Sean Stephens, a fourth generation Oregonian, is the esteemed founding shareholder of OneTec Family Law, PC. Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, Mr. Stephens has dedicated his career to providing exemplary legal services to clients in the field of family law.

He embarked on his academic journey at the University of Oregon, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with a minor in English Literature. During his psychology studies, Mr. Stephens developed a keen interest in early childhood development, an area that continues to inform his work in family law.

Driven by his passion for law, Mr. Stephens pursued his legal education at Willamette College of Law in Salem, Oregon, graduating in 1994. Following his graduation, he gained valuable experience working in private practice before eventually founding OneTec Family Law, PC.

Prior to his current venture, Mr. Stephens served as a founding partner in the distinguished firm Stephens & Margolin LLP, where he practiced for 13 years until the firm's dissolution in 2021. Throughout his career, he has remained at the forefront of leveraging technology to enhance the quality of legal services provided to clients. Recognizing the potential of modern tools to empower attorneys and aid in achieving clients' goals, Mr. Stephens established OneTec Family Law PC to deliver exceptional services to family law clients in Oregon, while harnessing the power of technology to drive successful outcomes.

Mr. Stephens is renowned for his client-centered approach. By proactively identifying client objectives at the outset of each case, he collaborates with clients to chart a clear path towards their desired outcomes. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, he understands and appreciates his clients' expectations for both professional representation and personalized attention from day one.
