C. Todd Marks is the founder of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase
Title, LLC, situated in Tampa, Florida. His legal journey commenced
at the George Mason School of Law, where he not only excelled
academically but also contributed significantly by grading on to the
Law Review and assuming the role of Symposium Editor.
Mr. Marks
initiated his legal practice in Washington, D.C., and McLean,
Virginia, affiliating with the esteemed law firm Shaw Pittman, LLP.
His focus primarily encompassed emerging companies and commercial
real estate within the practice groups. During this period, he
actively engaged in both local and national political campaigns,
reflecting his multifaceted involvement beyond legal realms.
Transitioning
subsequently to the law firm Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz, Todd
expanded his legal repertoire by delving into commercial litigation,
bankruptcy, estate planning, and broader business law facets. His
diverse proficiency spans real estate closings and disputes,
commercial leases, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate
transactions, employment law, and family law.
Beyond his legal
pursuits, Mr. Marks is committed to community service, serving on the
Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and previously
contributing as a Board member of Church at the Bay. His extensive
legal experience and community involvement underline a well-rounded
