Biography

Cam F. Justice grew up in Columbus, Ohio, graduated from The Ohio State University, and earned his J.D. cum laude from Nova Southeastern University (top 5% of his class), where he was Associate Editor of the International Law Review. After beginning his career defending major insurers and corporations in complex personal injury and medical malpractice trials, he founded Justice Law in 1999 to represent victims and individuals. As a trial lawyer he has recovered tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements across medical malpractice, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, defective products and medical devices, pharmaceutical litigation, and mass torts and class actions. He played key roles in metal‑on‑metal hip implant litigation, led a national class action against Paradise Grills, serves as co‑lead counsel in the West Park exploding home cases against AmeriGas, and is spearheading national litigation over lithium‑ion battery explosions. Cam and his wife, parents of three, are active in animal and children’s charities; the family operated a commercial horse farm in Kentucky and he is frequently retained for equine accident matters. He holds an AV Preeminent 5.0 rating, membership in the Multi‑Million Dollar Advocates Forum, numerous industry honors, and is admitted in all Florida courts while taking select cases nationwide.
