Biography

I have been practicing law for over 34 years.  I have been a Prosecutor in both New Jersey and New York.  Specifically, I was a Municipal Court  Prosecutor for three years in a large Bergen County town.  I was a prosecutor (Assistant District Attorney) in Bronx, New York for 6 years. I have co-authored a book and taught on several occassions Continuing Legal Education lectures both in person and on line to attorneys in the field of criminal law. For several years I was an Adjunct College Professor teaching several college level classes online for Strayer University. I pride myself on personalized and aggressive legal representation.
