Att. Carlos Sarmiento holds a Degree in Law and Political Science from Santa María La Antigua Catholic University, completed in 2017. He registered in the Registry of Attorney of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama in the same year. Att. Sarmiento is currently completing his Master’s Degree in Civil Procedural Law at the same institution.

Throughout his career, Att. Sarmiento has represented cases in maritime courts, bankruptcy reorganizations, liquidation proceedings, as well as judicial and administrative matters before the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and Labor and Civil Courts. He is a diligent attorney, committed to supporting clients in risk prevention or mitigation, and when necessary, representing them from start to finish to ensure due process in accordance with all regulations in Panama.
