Mr. Charles Dean Myers

Charles is a partner at Ward & Myers LLP. Charles was born in Big Spring and began his legal career there with Mouton, Mouton & Myers, P.C.; where he practiced civil trial work. In Howard County, Charles was the youngest president of the Howard County Bar Association. Upon moving to Midland, Charles joined the firm of Kerr & Ward as a partner. Charles and Bill Ward left that firm to create Ward & Myers LLP in 2010. Charles is board certified in the area of family law, including child custody, divorce, modifications, support, and adoption. He has tried numerous cases in front of both judges and juries throughout West Texas. He currently works in Midland, Ector and surrounding counties, including Howard, Andrews, Dawson, Upton, Crane, Reeves, Winkler, Gaines, Terry and Glasscock. Charles is a member of the Midland County Bar Association and has been elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a group that comprises less than 1% of all lawyers in Texas. Charles graduated from Texas Tech with a B.B.A. in Finance and Baylor Law School and has practiced in West Texas for almost 20 years.
