Biography

I am a Jackson native, as is my law partner and brother, Joe H. Byrd, Jr.  We combined our practices in 2000 and in 2011, we opened a second location.  He practices out of our downtown office at 116 North Church Street and I practice out of our north Jackson location at 518 Carriage House Drive.  In our youth, our father was a commercial and residential contractor.  With my brother being eight years my senior, he entered law school while I was in junior high. With the influences of these two great men, it was only natural that I embark on a career in real estate law.  After working through law school as a Realtor, I did just that.
