Chris Smith focuses his practice on representing parents in high conflict, bet the relationship, custody litigation. Chris does not shy away from complicated cases involving highly contested custody matters, sexual abuse allegations, high-stakes property division, family businesses, and support. Chris is committed to multiple civic organizations, has served on the boards of the Oklahoma Institute of Child Advocacy, Oklahoma Christian National Alumni Council, and has been a member of the Oklahoma Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights. Chris and his wife, Marissa, reside in Edmond, Oklahoma with their son and daughter, and their dog Rue, where they enjoy being active in church and various community activities.
