Biography

Clifford M. King is a board-certified real estate attorney with more than 25 years of experience guiding clients through all facets of real estate transactions. He regularly represents buyers, sellers, developers, and builders in both residential and commercial transactions.

Cliff is highly experienced in a wide range of real estate matters, including condominium and subdivision development, title insurance, deed preparation, refinances, commercial loan transactions, and bank-owned properties (REOs).

As a former CPA with a LL.M. in taxation, Cliff brings valuable financial perspective to his legal practice. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, where he taught federal taxation.
