Mr. Coy David Beale, Jr.

David Beale’s drive to help others started early—so early that a second-grade report card once described him as a “natural-born peacemaker.” Today, he brings that same steady approach to his work as a lawyer, focusing on helping people recover compensation and peace of mind after serious injuries. David earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and his law degree from Mercer Law School. After college, he joined the Peace Corps and spent two meaningful years living and working in Romania, an experience that shaped how he connects with people and serves his community. David later worked as an assistant district attorney in Georgia, advocating for crime victims and serving as lead attorney in Rockdale County’s DUI and Drug Treatment courts. In 2017, he returned to South Carolina to continue pursuing justice for those who need it most, while remaining licensed in Georgia as well. A seasoned trial lawyer, David has handled many cases before juries and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission. Raised in Columbia, he has long volunteered with charities across the state and now calls Georgetown home with his wife, three children, and their dog.
