Mr. Curtis Lee Witters

Curtis Witters has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1974.  He specilizes in all aspects of family law and has been Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar since 1994.  Mr. Witters focuses on the efficient resolution of family law matters through negotiation, and when necessary, litigation.  He is pleased to receive referrals from many of his past clients, as well as other attorneys and professionals. Mr. Witters was a founding partner of his law firm and has practiced continuously with that firm in Palm Beach County since 1977.  He has been active in the Palm Beach County Bar Association, serving on the Family Law Continuing Education Committee, including several years as Chairman.  He was one of the founding members of the Susan Greenberg Family Law Inns of Court, a professional organization of lawyers and members of the judiciary.  Mr. Witters has also been active in his community, serving as a member and then President of the School Board of St. Ann's Catholic School, while his children were students there.  He has also served as a volunteer board member for over twenty-five years on two different boards in the Village of Noth Palm Beach where he and his family reside.
