Biography

I work to help individuals avoid the courthouse in resolving their family law disputes. Divorces and modification suits are hard enough without burdening the couple with the gristmill of litigation. I firmly believe that, equipped with the right team of collaborative professionals to guide you, you and your spouse will be able to negotiate an agreement that is more creative, more beneficial, and more satisfying than anything a perfect stranger in a black robe could devise.

1998—, Ethics Committee; Treasurer, 1999-2001, Charter Fellow); Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists; Collaborative Law Institute of Texas (Board Member); Texas Bar Foundation.
