Mr. Dan Dworin

Dan Dworin is an Austin criminal defense attorney and Senior Trial Attorney at Michael & Associates Criminal Defense Attorneys. With more than 30 years of experience, he represents clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges throughout Travis County, Williamson County, Hays County, and Central Texas. His practice focuses exclusively on criminal defense, including DWI, assault, drug offenses, theft crimes, weapons charges, probation violations, white collar crimes, and other serious criminal matters.

Dan has spent more than three decades defending individuals accused of crimes, developing extensive courtroom experience and a reputation for meticulous preparation, strategic advocacy, and personalized client representation. He earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
