Biography


Mr.Daniel J. Shamy is the senior and managing partner at the firm. Mr. Shamy graduated with honors at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey in 1998, and received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School in 2001, and co-founded this firm in May of 2002.


Mr. Shamy administrates the firm. From the time he was 26 years old, Mr. Shamy has served on boards of AMEX and NASDAQ publicly traded companies and privately held PAC backing local political leaders. In addition to this firm, Mr. Shamy invests, participates and maintains equitable interest in a wide array of publicly traded and privately held corporations both in the U.S. and abroad, including a company that services the military troops and their families.


Mr. Shamy primarily concentrates his practice of law in complex litigation cases, including commercial collection and business litigation. Mr. Shamy has further written countless contracts, handled numerous corporate formations and shareholder or member agreements, and negotiated terms of contracts on behalf of both publicly traded and privately held corporations. Mr. Shamy enjoys spending time with his family, participating in sponsored track days with his car at various road course tracks throughout the state, competing in mixed martial arts, and exercising.
