Biography

Danny Deems brings more than three decades of experience representing clients in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Danny assists clients with the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate, as well as the development and management of properties throughout Georgia. He works closely with agents, lenders, builders, developers, buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding them through complex transactions and ensuring their real estate needs are met from start to finish.

Known for his dedication and personal attention, Danny prides himself on providing experienced, thoughtful legal counsel tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Danny earned his B.S. in Education from West Georgia College and his J.D. from Woodrow Wilson College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Outside of the office, Danny enjoys spending time on his farm in Kingston, Georgia, with his wife, Tamara.
