Mr. David Alan Chonin

David Chonin has over 23 years of experience in the area of personal injury and wrongful death cases. His primary focus is representing  individuals injured as a result of another persons negligence in automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, negligent security, wrongful death, and slip and fall cases. ​ He obtained his law degree in 1995 from Nova Southeastern University and his bachelor's degree in 1988 from the University of Florida. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, he went to work for his father's lawfirm Chonin & Sher, P.A. There, he was immediately exposed to many different types of cases, gaining invaluable litigation experience. For the last eleven years David has practiced as a sole practitioner, where he focuses on giving his clients personilized attention which is sometimes missing in larger law firms. He was selected as a Super Lawyer in 2006, 2007 and 2008.   David is excited to head the litigation department of The Law Offices of Brian Breiter, LLP, Florida office. David and Brian have been working together ever since law school and have worked side by side on 7 and 8 figure wrongful death and serious injury cases.
