David is one of the few lawyers that I have had the opportunity to work with (and against) who showed honesty and integrity in his presentation of argument and evidence. Some lawyers tell a Judge that they have evidence which they don't, or that prior testimony was given in Court that wasn't. Others say they have cases to prove the law but cannot provide the case or a citation to the case. I have never seen David do this. Instead, he simply presents a case/evidence and lets it speak for itself.
