Mr. David R. Garcia

David R. Garcia, Chair of the Corporate Department at Zumpano Patricios, concentrates his practice on general corporate and contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, complex financing, private equity, infrastructure projects, joint ventures and debt restructurings. Mr. Garcia has over 15 years of experience working on numerous high profile U.S. and cross-border transactions, and representing leading U.S. and reign multinational companies in their business activities in the United States and Latin America. Mr. Garcia’s practice has had special emphasis on the following industries: telecommunications, energy, distribution, and real estate. A native Spanish speaker, Mr. Garcia holds a Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing, with honors, from Florida International University.
