Biography

I am an attorney qualified in the US and in Europe. I have been a lawyer in Florida for 25 years, and in France for 16 years. I am admitted to practice in all of the Federal courts in Florida, and have appeared in other states, as well. In France, I am in the Paris Bar, but I have also appeared as lead counsel in Lyon. I utilize English, French, Spanish and Portuguese at a professional level, and often act as a consultant or "expert witness" for other lawyers involved in international cases. In Florida, I am a "Civil-Law Notary," which facilitates documentation for business and personal matters in "notarial" countries, including almost all of Europe and South America. Most recently, I have been certified as a Circuit Court Mediator in Florida. I can assist in resolving a wide variety of suits and claims, and can be of special assistance to parties whose native language is not English.
