Mr. David Thornton Trice, Jr.

David Trice is the Managing Attorney of Trice Law Group, LLC in Fairhope, Alabama. Since August 2024, he has concentrated on business law, estate planning and probate, and health law, working with families, businesses, and healthcare professionals. From 2023 to 2024, he served as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for DocRx, Inc. and related entities, managing healthcare compliance, litigation strategy, and legal operations.Previously, David practiced medical malpractice defense, business litigation, and probate law as an associate attorney at Armbrecht Jackson LLP from 2019 to 2023. He also gained experience in civil litigation, contract disputes, and personal injury law during his time at Partridge, Smith, PC (2018–2019) and Richardson Law Firm, LLC (2017–2018). His legal career began as a Judicial Clerk for Honorable J. Langford Floyd in Bay Minette, Alabama, where he assisted with civil docket management.

David holds a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. He contributes to his community as co-chair of the Mobile Bar Association’s Mentoring Section, treasurer of the Mobile Medical Museum, and a committee member for Reese’s Senior Bowl.
