Mr. Derick J. Rodgers

Derick J. Rodgers is a shareholder at DC&M and experienced trial member who practices in the litigation section of the firm. He has authored, co-authored, and spoken at several events such as “Preparing the Company Employees to Testify,” In-House Counsel Summit San Antonio, “Technology at Trial,” San Antonio Bar Association, and “Special Problems in Damages,” Ultimate Trial Notebook.

Rodgers specializes in alternative dispute resolution, creditor rights litigation, business dispute resolution, contract litigation, commercial litigation, debt collection, environmental litigation, intellectual property litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, product liability defense, and real estate litigation.

He earned his bachelor’s degree at Trinity University and Juris Doctor at St. Mary’s University.
