Biography

Donald (Don) Fuller has over 30 years of experience working for and helping the great citizens of Wyoming. A native of Wyoming, Don began his career as an associate for an established private practice firm, quickly becoming partners with Michael Krampner. Upon Mr. Krampner's retirement in 2010, Don became the sole remaining member and owner of the practice.

Don has had the privilege of working with several powerhouse attorneys who joined his firm. In 2023, as Don prepared for retirement, his partner, Ryan A. Semerad, took over the management responsibilities and ownership of the firm. However, Don is still an active member of the Wyoming Bar and takes on special cases. His presence is forever felt.

Don, an experienced trial lawyer successfully tried criminal cases throughout the State of Wyoming in city, town state and federal courts. His cases involved the full range of criminal accusations from misdemeanors, such as assault and battery, DUI and theft, to felonies, such as aggravated assault, armed robbery, aggravated kidnapping and first degree murder. Don was also successful in handling and trying allegations of aggravated vehicular homicide, white collar crime, stock fraud and embezzlement, as well as drug and sex offenses.

During his career, Don handled a wide range of personal injury and wrongful death claims, but criminal defense was always his calling. Don’s down to earth style and keen instinct made him a double threat in the courtroom. Clients knew that Don was always negotiating the best outcome for their criminal case or determining the best trial strategy.

Don is a 1988 honors graduate of the University of Wyoming and a 1992 graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.
