Donald W. Hudspeth was a business owner himself, has taught business law at ASU and has practiced as a business lawyer for more than 25 years. Donald held a stock broker license by the age of twenty-one and became a business owner by the time he was twenty-three. Mr. Hudspeth is a former owner of multiple businesses and investment real estate both in Kansas and Arizona. Before attending law school, Mr. Hudspeth served as Chief Financial Officer for a furniture manufacturing company in Phoenix. Mr. Hudspeth has taught business law at Arizona State University as a Barrett Honors College Professor. Donald W. Hudspeth was admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona in 1988. He practiced corporate law representing financial institutions such as the Bank of Hawaii and ultimately founded The Law Offices of Donald W. Hudspeth, P.C. in January 1993 focusing on the legal and practical needs of business owners like himself. With more than 25 years experience in business and law, Mr. Hudspeth has conducted classes and seminars for Phoenix College, Maricopa Community Colleges, Maricopa County Small Business Development Center, the Arizona Small Business Association, and attended Harvard Law School Public Instruction for Attorneys. Donald wrote the book "Inside the Firm" a copy of which is in Langdell Hall, the Harvard Law School Library, Black Hat, White Hat ONE MINUTES LECTURES in Law and Business, published by Barnes & Noble, and the book WHEN PARTNERS SEPARATE, Partnership Disputes and Business Divorce, available on Amazon. He is the author of "Getting Past Thompson v. Harris - A New Standard of Constructive Eviction in Arizona?" He has been Substitute Legal Counselor for Students, Glendale Community College, 1989. Volunteer Lawyer of Month, Maricopa County Bar Association, June, 1990.Mr. Hudspeth also founded and conducted two radio series, LawTalk on the financial news network and Law on the Edge with KPHX in Phoenix.
