Mr. Robinson's insurance litigation practice is focused on representing and assisting individuals who are wrongfully denied disability insurance benefits or who have had their benefits wrongfully terminated by insurance companies, including insurance companies acting as plan administrators for group employment benefits under ERISA. He has developed a detailed knowledge of disability insurance and ERISA law. In addition, Mr. Robinson represents claimants who have been denied life insurance and retirement benefits and continues to represent individuals who have been seriously injured or disabled due to the negligence or reckless acts of others or who are the victims of fraudulent practices.
