Mr. Edwin M. Cook: Attorney with Duncan Spratt P.A.

Biography

I am third generation lawyer who helps individuals and couples protect their loved ones and build a legacy through the creation of comprehensive estate plans, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced healthcare directives, and related documents. For those who've recently lost a loved one, I also assist with the probate process. For a select number of clients, I also handle fiduciary litigation matters, including business partnership and trust disputes, and act as local counsel for both large and medium sized companies. I founded my own law firm after eight years at one of the largest firms in the world to provide high quality legal services on a more personal scale. I am admitted to, and have litigated in, every level of state court in Georgia, as well as all federal district courts in Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
