I had a child custody case with Eric Bissel in which he pursued objectives that I felt were unconscionable. His client had a serious mental illness documented by several sources and she was not a candidate for custody. Nonetheless he pursued the matter through a two day trial when she had no chance of winning. Her parents were immigrants and they paid what I believe were excessive legal fees to Mr. Bissel because they didn't understand what was going on. Read less
