Mr. Frank Thomas Wolferd

Attorney Frank Wolferd serves clients through Blackburn Romey’s Merrillville and South Bend offices, bringing a background that blends legal education with years of real-world litigation experience. Frank graduated from Indiana University in 2005 and earned a paralegal studies certificate from Roosevelt University in 2006. He started with Blackburn Romey in 2006 as a litigation paralegal, where he developed a strong foundation in investigating claims, organizing evidence, and supporting trial preparation. Frank went on to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School beginning in 2010 and graduated with honors in 2013. He passed the Indiana bar exam in February 2013 and began his legal career as an attorney that May. Frank is licensed in Indiana and is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, along with the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is also involved in several professional organizations, including the Lake County Bar Association, St. Joseph County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
