Mr. Franklin T. Gaddy

Frank Gaddy is an associate in the firm’s litigation section. Frank has general trial experience in various areas of law including family, criminal and DUI defense, and complex litigation, such as motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, product liability, and wrongful death.

Frank devotes a significant portion of his practice to family law. He has advocated across the State of Georgia on behalf of families dealing with divorce, child custody, alimony, child support and other related matters. He understands that every case and client is unique and works diligently to protect his client’s rights while working to achieve their goals. Frank strives to represent each client with the highest level of professionalism and individual care while efficiently navigating the complex legal system.

He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Kennesaw State University where he was named to the list of Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges. Frank received his Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Frank is a member of the Macon Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the William Augustus Bootle American Inn of Court, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
