Biography

George is a nationally recognized Author of three #1 bestselling books “Protect & Defend” (2012), “The Authority on DUI Defense” (2013) & “Your Path to Freedom” in 2015. In 2015 his book “Your Path to Freedom” became a #1 Best Seller in 3 categories. He was awarded a “Golden Quill” award by the National Academy of Best Selling Authors in 2012. He is also a Global Ambassador of the National Academy of Best Selling Authors. George’s next book will address issues in DUI cases involving Prescription Drugs, Marijuana and other Illegal Drugs.

George has appeared on ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS and CW affiliates across the nation and has been featured in USA Today. George won an “EXPY” award in New York City in April of 2014 for his appearances as an expert on several television shows. He is also a Producer of the documentary film “Mi Casa Hogar”. This documentary tells about Casa Hogar, a children’s home in Acapulco, Mexico. This documentary won an “Emmy Award” in Miami, Florida in November, 2013 and a “Telly Award” in March, 2014. George believes all of the awards and recognition will greatly benefit the children in the orphanage.

George is a former Assistant District Attorney in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia & is a former member of the Georgia Bar Association’s Board of Governors. George is also National Highway Training and Safety Administration trained in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests as a Practitioner and Instructor. He has also completed Advanced Roadside Impaired Enforcement training and is scheduled for more advanced training/certifications in 2016.

Since 2010 George has concentrated his practice in the areas of DUI, Criminal Defense & Family Immigration. The area his practice covers is the entire Southern region of Georgia with offices in both Valdosta & Douglas, Georgia.
