Biography

George Stein represents clients all across Georgia and is the author of a 1200 page book, entitled Georgia DUI Law (Lexis Publishing Co.) His practice is dedicated to contested DUI and vehicular homicide cases. He is a member of the Drinking Drivers Defense Network and a Founding Member and graduate of the National College for DUI Defense conducted at Harvard Law School. In 2002, George was elected by his peers to sit on the prestigious National College for DUI Defense board of directors. In 2011, George was elected to serve a “Dean” of the College. This elite board is comprised of 12 of the finest DUI lawyers in North America. George has the experience of over two hundred fifty (250) Jury trials with an exceptional success rate. He is well known for his successful defense of attorneys and professional athletes, arrested and charged with DUI. George is a frequent lecturer on the subject of DUI defense and in his home state, he has been nicknamed “The DUI Lawyer”®.
