Biography

Gerald Znosko is the senior founding partner at Znosko & Reas, P.A., whose experience and passion have led him to practice in the areas of both Workers Compensation and Family law for over 3 decades. Attorney Znosko received his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University in 1986, and his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University in 1990. As a tribute to his excellence as an attorney, he has achieved the highly distinguished elite status of Board Certification in the area of Workers Compensation, making him in the top 1% of the Florida Bar Attorneys in the State of Florida with this sought after credential. He has also achieved “AV” Preeminent status by Martindale Hubble, the highest peer rating standard, given only to attorneys who are ranked at the pinnacle level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards. This rating reflects that Attorney Znosko is considered for his professional excellence, and is also recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity by both attorneys and Judges, alike.

Attorney Znosko has successfully handled hundreds of complex litigation cases, ranging in specialization from toxic exposure claims, repetitive trauma claims, internal failure cases, and death claims, as well as, complex permanent total disability cases throughout the entire state of Florida. His experience also encompasses expertise in the area of family law, including long term marriage dissolution cases with high assets, paternity cases, pre-nuptial agreements, modifications, and permanent support cases. Given the longevity of his practice, he is intimately familiar with the Judges and attorneys practicing in these areas, along with their tendencies and litigation style. This experience translates into valuable insight, allowing for a faster and more advantageous conclusion for his clientele. He brings not only aggressive and trusted trial experience to his clients, but is successful in accomplishing the overall goal of each and every client.

Attorney Znosko actively speaks as an instructor for the state of Florida on Workers' Compensation Law and Litigation with the Florida Bar Association. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Workers Compensation Law Section, Family Law Section, Orange County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, member of the US Supreme Court, and Atlanta Claims Association. Overall, attorney Znosko’s experience lends itself to quick and cost effective resolutions due to his expert knowledge, commonly not found in the Central Florida area.
