Biography

As a highly respected advisor and counselor with over thirty years’ experience, Vince’s practice areas include business transactions, local government law, land use, real estate and business litigation. In the local government area, he has served as Nash County attorney for 22 years. In the business sector, he has represented Hardees’ franchisees, large manufacturing, contractor and health care companies, along with many small and mid-sized businesses.

Vince is highly involved in the community where he serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Rocky Mount Salvation Army, and as a member of Rocky Mount Kiwanis Club. He has served on the boards of the local Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, United Way, Red Cross, and Christian Fellowship Homes. Away from the office, Vince enjoys UNC football and basketball, along with golf, and family beach trips.
