Biography

Howard T. Morrow is an associate at Collins, Zorn & Wagner. He joined the firm in 2022. Howard has a broad range of practice experience including general civil and criminal litigation, civil rights, criminal defense, and probate matters. In addition to private practice in civil litigation, civil rights and criminal defense, over the course of his career he has enjoyed the opportunity to serve the citizens of Oklahoma as an Assistant District Attorney (Garfield County) and as a Public Defender (Oklahoma County). Howard is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bar Association 6th Leadership Academy, May 2018. Howard honorably served and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

    Howard always does a good job in zealously representing his client and tries to strike a bargain in the middle ground, but if a bargain cannot be stuck, than he shall litigate till the end !
