Mr. J. Craig Swapp

Craig Swapp has committed his career to helping people who have been injured or killed because of someone else’s wrongdoing or negligence. As a Personal Injury Attorney Craig Swapp works with accidents involving cars, trucks, public transportation, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians. He believes in being the necessary advocate for his clients in their cases against the multi-billion dollar insurance industry.

Craig is a long-time member of the American Association for Justice, an association committed to improving the safety and security of the public. As an active member of the Utah, Washington and Idaho Associations for Justice, Craig is very involved and invested in the communities his firm serves.

“One Call, That’s All” is the advertising campaign for Craig Swapp & Associates, and Craig is the face of that campaign in Utah, Washington, and Idaho. The goal of the firm is to help people that have been injured understand that they don’t have to handle their case on their own, and that help is just a call away. Craig has a proven record of helping his clients on an individual basis.

In 1988, Craig received his bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from the University of Utah. Following his graduation, he spent a brief period working for a public accounting firm. While at the accounting firm Craig realized his passions would be better channeled into the practice of law in order to help people being taken advantage of by big business. He enrolled at the University of Utah College of Law. While a law student Craig served as a senior editor for the Journal of Contemporary Law and enjoyed success in his trial advocacy and moot court competitions. In 1991 he graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah.

Craig and his wife Susan are parents of four daughters and one son. In his free time, Craig enjoys traveling and is an avid reader. He supports Justice for All, a group that gives legal services to individuals who can’t afford normal legal fees. He continues to be very involved in his community, campaigning in particular for improved child safety.
