J. Russell Davis is one of the founders of DC&M and a shareholder practicing in the firm’s transactional section. He was a speaker at “Fear of Commitment: Lenders are From Mars – Borrowers are From Venus” and the author of “Limited Liability Companies, The Choice of Entity in Texas,” National Business Institutes, Inc.

Davis specializes in negotiations, acquisition, sales, financing, commercial development, leasing, estate planning, probate, and is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law.* He holds a bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin.
