Ethically, McDade fails. He presumes all defendants guilty and wants to impose unreasonable punishment. He pushed a lot of the draconian criminal legislation. Some of the greatest injustices in State history have taken place in Douglas County under his watch, for example the Genarlow Wilson case and countless others that didn't make the news. Moving past that, Mr. McDade is a brilliant trial attorney and negotiator. His ability to prosecute a case is second to none. Read less
