Biography

James “Jamie” Davidson IV graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2010 and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2013. While in Law School, Jamie received a CALI Award for his work in the Comparative Employment Discrimination Seminar. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2013.

Before joining Mickle and Bass Law Firm, Jamie clerked for The Honorable J. Ernest Kinard, Jr. in Camden, South Carolina. As a Judicial Clerk, he worked for and learned from one of the greatest legal minds in the State. As an attorney at Mickle and Bass Law Firm, Jamie draws on his experience in the courtroom to help the injured workers of South Carolina.

Jamie was born in Roanoke, Virginia and lived there until moving to Columbia to attend USC. Today, Jamie and his wife live in Lexington. When he’s not in the office, Jamie enjoys spending time outside, watching NASCAR, and attending as many USC sporting events as possible.
