Biography

Mr. Francis has been practicing law since 1974, after having graduated from the University of Texas in 1971 and Baylor University School of Law in 1974. His practice has focused on personal injury matters. He is a past president of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a former director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and state committeeman to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, now the American Association for Justice. He is a current member of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.   Mr. Francis has been recognized as: “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” by the National Trial Lawyers 2015 Texas’ Top Rated Lawyers 2013, 2014 and 2015   Mr. Francis has also been awarded an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating—the highest rating a lawyer can obtain.
