Biography

I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1988. In Texas, I am licensed in all State District and County Courts as well as in the Western District Federal Courts of Texas. I am also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. I was born and raised in Texas. I graduated from the University of Texas in 1985 with a B.B.A in Finance. Immediately thereafter I enrolled at St. Mary's University School of Law in 1985. I graduated with my law degree (JD) in 1988 and became licensed to practice law in Texas on November 10, 1988. I became licensed to practice law before the United States Supreme Court on December 16, 1996. I became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law on December 31, 2005. Our firm is involved in all aspects of civil litigation involving the trial and settlement of personal injury and wrongful death claims. Our firm is composed of a team of trial lawyers and experienced support staff. We have tried cases throught most of South Texas and the Texas Hill Country as well as may other parts of Texas. I devote my practice to representing injured people and their families when they have been harmed by negligent people, corporations and insurance companies. My practice involves all aspects of personal injury and wrongful death litigation including automobile accidents, trucking accidents, products liability, defective products, rail road crossing accidents, explosions, burns, catastrophic injuries, brain and spinal cord injuries including paraplegia and quadriplegia, paralysis, herniated discs, nursing home neglect, construction accidents, drunk driving accidents, dram shop liability, rollovers, seatbelt cases, airbag cases and crashworthiness cases. I am a member of the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association.
